Make money as you make music

Recently we featured a series of articles written by Performing Rights Society head in Scotland Duncan McCrone as he explained the importance to musicians of understanding how they can generate a regular income stream from the music they write. Now you can listen to Finlay MacDonald, Director of Piping Studies at the National Piping Centre in Glasgow, as he explains the importance to musicians of registering their music with the PRS and MCPS.

It’s fascinating and it’s crucial to income streams for musicians everywhere.
