A report out last week from uSwitch suggests that we have less confidence in our banks than ever before, and would rather use a High St shop with a banking arm now than one of the more traditional banks.
Yet our Banks are telling us that they’re open for business and that they’ve been listening to the complaints that have been made against them.
But we’re not sure, and so we want to hear your stories of how the banks are treating you.
And we particularly want to hear from you if you’re a student – we’d like to hear your first experience of using our banks.
Are they helpful?
Is everything explained in straightofward terms?
Do you understand how the bank is going to charge you?
We own many of the banks, or so we’re constantly being told. Should we not expect better of them?
Tell us what you think.
