Businesses won't need support when the furlough scheme ends, says today's @thetimes, because they made their staff redundant. Well that's all right for the businesses but what about the poor people they made redundant?
They need support.

I love that South Lanarkshire Council had a competition to decide what to call their gritters, and that 'Margrit Ferrier Super Spreader' was a suggestion.
Others included:
Lewis Caploughdi
Gritter Thunberg.
Salt Disney and

I think a @BBCScotland reporter told @BBCBreakfast that we can drink outside in Scotland until 'about' 6pm. Surely it’s 10pm, apart from the Central belt where it's from the end of October, hopefully. No wonder we’re all confused.
